3.3. Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. The exact duration is dependent on the policies of the respective banks or payment providers involved.

 

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Organizers

 

4.1. Event Modifications: "Tales of City" reserves the right to make changes to the events, including changes in dates, venues, or schedules. Participants will be informed of such changes as soon as reasonably possible.

 

4.2. Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that "Tales of City" has to cancel an event, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule to another event date, subject to availability.

 

4.3. Exclusions: "Tales of City" shall not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.

5.1. If there's any dispute regarding the refund amount or the terms of this Policy, participants are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team. We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
