About the event
A soirée of music, tales, cuisine, and heritage at a living Shahjahanabad Haveli
Tucked deep within the old city lies Qaiser Manzil—An 18th-Century Haveli in the Heart of Old Delhi. On the 5th of April, its arched verandahs and whispering walls will come alive with Jahaanuma Mehfil—an evening dedicated to storytelling, music, memory, and culinary delights. This immersive cultural event is curated by Abu Sufiyan as a tribute to Dilli’s timeless tehzeeb, where art, language, and heritage still thrive under chandeliers and arches.
About Jahaanuma Mehfil
Jahaanuma Mehfil is more than just an event—it’s a cultural movement aimed at reviving the forgotten soul of Indian cities. Hosted within living heritage spaces, each mehfil gathers local storytellers, musicians, artists, and historians. The intimate experiences on offer are rooted in art, memory, and sustainable tourism, each one acting as a step toward preserving the intangible cultural heritage of our urban landscapes.
