- Banana Leaf – The traditional base for the Sadhya.
- Salt – A pinch of salt, as per custom.
- Banana – A whole ripe banana.
- Pappadam – Crunchy lentil flour papad.
- Kaya Upperi – Fresh banana chips, deep-fried in coconut oil.
- Sharkara Upperi – Sweet banana chips coated with jaggery.
- Naranga Achar – A tangy and spicy lemon pickle.
- Inji Curry (Pulinji) – A sweet and sour ginger chutney for digestion.
- Pineapple Pulissery – Pineapples cooked with coconut, curd, and spices.
