Will the print fade away with time?

If care instructions mentioned above are followed carefully, the print will stay intact.

What kind of packaging is used?

All glass drinkware is packed in cushion foam packaging moulded specifically for the product.

Do not use a metal scrubber or a brush with hard teeth. Do not use detergent. Wash gently with only water.

Item will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 7-10 business days.

Prepaid Order (Original payment source) : In this case, the order amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 10 business days for the amount to actually reflect in your card / bank account.
